# What is a Kickoff Call?

The first call with the client and the SWETI delivery team to ‘kickoff’ their services. The onboarding process has already occurred, and at the time of the KO call, the client will be talking us through what sets them apart, goals, etc. The SWETI team asks clarifying questions and setting expectations.
